A few things to note:

• Filling out the interest form does not guarantee you will receive a review copy.
• Your review copy will be provided as a promo code for Audible US or Audible UK. No other countries or retailers are currently available.
• The Review Website, Social Media Account, and Audible fields are optional, but you must fill out at least one of them to qualify for a promo code. If you leave them all blank, your request will be disregarded.
• Promo codes will be emailed from the address kivrin@kivrinwilson.com. To make sure you receive it, add this email as a contact and/or add to a whitelist.
• If your code has not been redeemed within 7 days, it may be offered to someone else. You will not be notified if this happens.
